Our client is seeking a Finance Analyst to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive change and influence senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. If you have a strong analytical mind and a deep understanding of finance and accounting principles, this could be the perfect role for you. The successful applicant will play a diverse role, ensuring continuity of CFO services, involvement in end-to-end testing, and performing day-to-day reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure future state solution is tested and fit for purpose
• Release BAU capacity by stepping into the 'day to day' reporting as required
• Involved in production of year-end management & investor pack reporting
• Build relationships across finance & business functions
• Organise and manage workshops with key stakeholders
• Support the development and implementation of regulatory reporting changes impacting the organisation
• Drive technical excellence in regulatory reporting
• Champion a documentation and risk-focused mindset within the Regulatory Reporting team

About You:

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to make complex concepts simple
• Strong analytical capability & problem-solving capability
• Strong communication skills with experience in reporting to senior leadership / external audience
• Proven track record of delivering to tight timeframes
• Excellent understanding of accounting and financial reporting concepts
