- Ensure future state solution is tested and fit for purpose
- Release BAU capacity by stepping into the 'day to day' reporting as required
- Involved in production of year-end management & investor pack reporting
- Build relationships across finance & business functions
- Organise and manage workshops with key stakeholders
- Support the development and implementation of regulatory reporting changes impacting the organisation
- Drive technical excellence in regulatory reporting
- Champion a documentation and risk-focused mindset within the Regulatory Reporting team
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to make complex concepts simple
