    Join a well-established mid-sized (and expanding) national Australian Manufacturing Company who design, manufacture, and supply a range of quality, innovative, decorative, on-trend designed products in the building and plumbing sector. Providing products to their customers – Merchants, Builders, Developers, Architects & Designers - they currently seek a proactive Internal Sales & Customer Services Manager to support the National Sales Manager and ensure a seamless service is provided through all aspects of the sales process.

    This role is all encompassing and is the conduit ultimately between sales and operations nationally in the business; ensuring that the customer delivery process is seamless, timely and that the standards for each operation in the business as it relates to the sales and backend, is on point. Overall, you will be responsible for internal sales, showrooms, updating, amending, improving, and standardizing national sales process systems and business tools, as well as training, coaching, and developing your team. In order to meet all customer expectations, you will be involved in: supporting the sales and inventory flow around the country (forecasting / budgeting) – understanding sales and marketing initiatives, actual product inventory requirements and delivery, supporting external sales via the handover of sales orders to delivery, proactively solving problems / issues, ultimately ensuring a smooth customer transaction service (professional showrooms - quality assisted customer selections).

    An experienced Internal Sales & Customer Service Manager, with proven abilities in leading, coaching and managing a team of personnel to achieve exceptional sales and customer service delivery, you will love working in a fast paced, ever-changing and often demanding environment Experience gained in decorative building products and an understanding of the channels to market ie Hardware and Specialist Resellers, Builders, Renovators, Architects / Specifiers, Consumers would be advantageous but not critical. However, you will need to enjoy and be passionate about working with decorative selected products for the Home or Commercial building space. Further, you will have excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, attention to detail, strong problem solving and decision-making skills, be IT literate (Excel, CRM), planned, organized, and know how to prioritise and juggle competing tasks. You will need to be tenacious and resilient, love challenges, be commercially street smart, want to "take ownership" and influence as a Senior Manager on the national Management team.
