The successful applicant will report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with other key department heads.

Tasks and Responsibilities As our Marketing Manager, you will be entrusted with a wide range of responsibilities, including:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
• Leading and mentoring a team of skilled marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
• Conducting market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning to refine marketing approaches.
• Overseeing the creation of compelling marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, print, and social media.
• Managing marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI and deliver measurable results.

Skills and Experience To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A proven track record of successful marketing experience within the fly fishing and related products.
• Experience in the sourcing, importing and exporting of fly fishing related products.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Experience in both traditional marketing as well as digital marketing, including social media marketing, SEO and e-commerce.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
