    Apex Group is looking for a Registry Specialist to join our inclusive and collaborative team in Sydney.
    In this role you will administer accurate and timely unit registry services to all clients.
    You will also process applications, redemptions, transfers and switches using Hi Trust and process payments, receipts and distributions.

    In your first few weeks in this role, you can expect to: Process applications, redemptions, transfers and switches using Hi Trust Process payments, receipts and distributions Process maintenance Reconciliations Maintain records including filing Prepare reports on a daily and periodic basis To apply for this role, you will need a relevant tertiary degree finance or business and 1+ years of Unit Registry or Fund Admin experience is essential.
