About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly analytical ICT Business Analyst to work across business operations, customer solutions, and technical delivery. You will act as the bridge between our business teams and our technical specialists—helping us improve processes, design smarter systems, and deliver efficient, customer-focused ICT solutions.
You will be involved in requirements gathering, process design, solution documentation, testing, system rollout, and continuous improvement. If you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can influence real outcomes, this is the perfect role for you.
What You'll Be Doing
• Engaging with stakeholders to gather business and system requirements
• Mapping workflows, processes, and data structures
• Creating business requirements documents, user stories, and functional specifications
• Analysing and optimising business processes across telecommunications and managed IT
• Supporting solution design, system configuration, and project delivery
• Developing dashboards and reports to support data-driven decisions
• Participating in testing phases (functional, integration, UAT)
• Preparing documentation, user guides, and training for system rollouts
• Acting as the key liaison between business, customers, technical teams, and vendors
• Supporting continuous improvement across systems, operations, and customer experience
What We're Looking For
• The candidate must have extensive knowledge of ICT Business Analyst and minimum 3 years' relevant experiences. Reliable, organized and willing to work hard.
