    Role Overview:
    As a Technical Document Writer, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and comprehensive user guides and documentation for our client's finance procedures and systems. You will work closely with the Finance team to understand the intricacies of their financial processes and translate them into user-friendly guides that empower our staff to perform their roles effectively.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the Finance team to gather information on finance procedures, systems and policies.
    • Develop and maintain user guides, manuals, and other documentation for finance procedures.
    • Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
    • Organise and present complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
    • Review and edit existing documentation to improve clarity, consistency, and usability.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation meets the needs of end-users.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Technical Writer, Business Analyst or similar role
    • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
    • Strong understanding of finance procedures and terminology.
    • Experience with Sage Intacct
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and other documentation tools.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
