Cranfield Healthcare is pleased to be working with five Residential Aged Care facilities, all with the same Aged Care provider at the moment, Emu Park, Longreach, Townsville, Maryborough, Bundaberg and, Ingham.

What is required as a successful Registered Nurse:

• Registered Nurse (AHPRA registration)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Empathy and a genuine passion for elderly care
• Newly Graduate RN or a Senior RN in Aged care
• Working with children check (or willing to obtain)
  

And finally, what does a typical week look like in this role:

• Managing a team of 5 x AIN
• Mentoring and supervision
• Ensuring your team is delivering goal centered plans and progress is being recorded against their goals.
• Provide encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
