Working within our Corporate division, you'll join a collaborative, cohesive team directly contributing to the success of our business every day.The role of Health and Rehabilitation Coordinator will see you working at our Victoria Park head office and you will support our pre-employment medical process, assist in early intervention of workplace injuries through case management and supporting the rehabilitation process . You will be part of a team of health professionals reporting to the Health and Rehabilitation Team Leader. You will work closely with stakeholders, both internally and externally, to establish and maintain a positive relationship and provide awareness of Monadelphous' values and processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Ongoing injury management support to employees throughout their return to work journey.
  • Facilitate rehabilitation programs with injured workers to encourage proactive management of injury in line with return to work strategy.
  • Identify and drive activities to ensure safe, durable and timely return to work during the claim duration.
  • Promote programs and drive initiatives that will assist the organisation in Health Promotion/Injury prevention campaigns.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders including medical practitioners, allied health professionals, legal providers and insurer agents, both onsite and externally. A vehicle will be provided.
  • Support health and wellbeing initiatives across the business.

  • What you will bring:

  • A tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy.
  • Minimum of 3 years industry experience in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry best practice standards.
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills to develop effective relationships, collaborate with others and facilitate conflict resolution.
  • Experience delivering health, injury and illness prevention strategies with a large trades-based workforce.
