- Lead and manage modernisation and upgrade projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project set-up and implementation strategy
- Ensure that robust scope change management practices are implemented and followed throughout the project.
- Responsible for reporting lessons learned, identifying continuous improvement opportunities, and providing feedback to relevant stakeholders.
- Support warranty process RCA and resolution as applicable.
- Ensure that installed base information is updated.
- Work with MA Project coordinators to ensure that customer needs are satisfied and that any labour services are supporting equipment deliveries.
- Significant experience in mining or mineral processing industry, with specific focus on Bulk material handling projects within the Iron Ore sector.
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Significant experience using SAP.
- A proven track record of professional accomplishments and reliability
- Service business understanding and customer service mindset
- Great influencing skills and a proactive and independent approach.
- Excellent verbal and technical written communication skills.
- Ability to develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
