    Join a team as an ENMP Project Coordinator, for a 12 month contract, where you will play a crucial role in supporting and coordinating the delivery of key projects within a significant Program at a Federal Government Agency. Your expertise will drive the smooth execution of project management processes, adherence to program objectives, and provide effective support to Program/Project Managers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and support daily program/project activities, including managing communications, meetings, forums, and workshops.
    • Perform financial analysis and liaise with finance functions to align with program financial requirements.
    • Assist in monthly reporting, governance activities, and ensure compliance with program and project control requirements.
    • Lead information management processes, ensuring alignment with program requirements.
    • Analyze and improve program/project administration functions for better success.
    • Develop communication materials and coordinate stakeholder engagement activities.
    • Manage program administration processes, including HR, team transitions, and approvals.

    Project Involvement:

    • Coordinate site activities, including surveys, civil works, and equipment installations.
    • Maintain project tracking spreadsheets and provide documentation support.
    • Engage with departments to fulfill resource and schedule requirements for the project.
    • Develop and distribute reports to update stakeholders on project progress and needs.
    • Assist in documentation, approvals, and communication for project management activities.

    Requirements:

    • Australian citizenship, due to the need for Federal Government background checks.
    • At least 5 years of experience in program/project delivery, preferably in service transition/migration.
    • Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with senior executives and diverse stakeholders.
    • Proven organizational, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
    • Experience with geographically diverse project teams and a high level of detail and accuracy.

    Desirable:

    • Knowledge of Project Management and Delivery principles.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
