    **Job Description**

    The Solution Sales Executive will drive market success for ServiceNow's Customer & Industry Workflow products, including CIWF multi-workflow solutions. This role involves engaging assigned accounts and creating new business opportunities across a substantial portion of the ServiceNow sales cycle and methodology.

    **Key Responsibilities**

    • Develop and deploy territory resources to oversee worldwide account development.
    • Establish relationships with multiple C-suite personas (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across CIWF product(s) and CIWF multi-workflow solution(s).
    • Collaborate closely with Solution Consulting teams to deliver 'art of the possible' demonstrations showcasing ServiceNow's Customer Industry & Workflows product(s) & solution(s).
    • Develop a clear roadmap and build capabilities across clients and ServiceNow teams to promote an outstanding customer experience.
    • Lead opportunities and collaborate with Core Sales Teams and other ServiceNow Solution Areas to deliver outcomes-based solutions to clients and prospects.

    **Requirements**

    • Experience in solution sales, preferably within a Customer Service Management / CRM / CX / CPaaS vendor.
    • Understanding of CRM or CX solution-related business processes.
    • Ability to lead virtual or matrixed teams.
    • 7+ years of sales experience within software OR solutions sales organization.
    • Ability to communicate complex issues in simple terms via written and oral media, to a variety of different audiences.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    **Note:** Regional travel up to 30%.
