$115,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr

Associate Recruitment Consultant at PSG | CRM, Client Liaison Expert

The Opportunity:

Play a key role in their Business Intelligence team You'll bridge the gap between business users and IT, translating business needs into actionable data solutions.

About the Role:

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to understand their data needs.
• Develop detailed data requirements for complex systems and translate them into clear documentation and data models.
• Design, build, and maintain effective BI solutions, specialising in data modeling, transformation, migration, and profiling.
• Champion the creation, distribution, and successful delivery of insightful reports and dashboards.
• Partner with the community to shape future technology needs.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, IT, computer science) or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience working with business users in complex environments to define detailed requirements.
• Experience with BI projects, particularly data modeling, transformation, migration, and profiling in large-scale systems.
• Adaptable and eager to learn new technologies, processes, and evolving business needs.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills. Adept at presenting complex information in an understandable way.
• Strong planning and organisation with the ability to manage deadlines and create various documents (data models, specs, use cases, and business processes).
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, MS SQL Server, and Data Warehouse architecture.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills honed through a business analyst background.
• Familiarity with the Higher Education sector is a plus.
