    IT Service Desk - Casual

    In your role as an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving Level 1 technical issues faced by the Country Road Group employees in our stores and corporate head offices. You will be working with a collaborative team to provide fast and effective services to a range of stakeholders, ensuring that our business can operate at an optimal level.

    Based in Melbourne this is a casual role, working Saturday and Sunday. You will be mainly working from home, some travel into the Burnley Head Office may be required. Rosters will vary from 7:00am to 9:00pm, with 8hour (with 30min break) on offer, as you will be supporting stores across Australia and New Zealand.

    What does the role involve?

    • Deliver high quality and responsive customer service to all our employees
    • Problem-solving technical issues and escalate issues when necessary
    • Open and close tickets adhering to ITIL standards using ServiceNow
    • Collaborate with your team and provide insights into opportunities for process improvement
    • Provide critical POS and networking support to our stores via our telephony system

    Who are we looking for?

    • Demonstrated experience in Customer Service ideally in a retail or contact centre environment
    • Genuine interest in resolving technical IT issues
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Strong understanding of desktop software and IT ticketing systems like ServiceNow
    • Current student and/or recent graduate of a relevant degree beneficial, but not essential
    • Must be available to work weekends
