- Lead and collaborate with a range of stakeholders that support people to achieve their goals and improve their community participation.
- Implement and review therapy needs, develop intervention plans and strategies with clients, family, carers, and their service providers.
- Manage sensitive enquiries, specialist services and complex supports
- Provide peer support and development opportunities including clinical supervision and learning and development needs.
- Proactively work with the Allied Health Manager and other senior clinicians to support the Royal Rehab LifeWorks strategy.
- Actively promote and lead the Royal Rehab LifeWorks service offerings and in particular the occupational therapy service.
- Have experience working with people with a disability who may have a range of complex and challenging support needs
- Enjoy providing clinical supervision to early career therapists
- Demonstrate a strong interest in continuous learning and development, drawing inspiration from both internal and external sources.
