Job summary
We are seeking a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at Julio's Italian Restaurant. Reporting to the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering consistent, high-quality dishes while supporting and mentoring junior kitchen team members.Responsibilities
- Lead you're the kitchen during service and manage daily kitchen operations
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times
- Work closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef and wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Assist with stock control
