    About the Role

    We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Resident Support Officer (RSO) to join our team at the Oxley Aged Care Home.

    This full-time administrative role will support resident admissions and ensure seamless processes during the commissioning phase.

    • Manage enquiries about room availability and care options.
    • Coordinate pre-admission processes and schedule meetings with stakeholders.
    • Prepare and maintain accurate admissions documentation and records.
    • Provide administrative support for admissions and compliance activities.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resident transitions.

    About You

    • You have strong administrative experience in a customer-focused role, ideally in aged care or healthcare settings.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with residents, families, and clinical teams.
    • You are able to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
    • You have proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems is desirable.
    • You can deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism.
    • Familiarity with aged care funding models is an advantage.
