We are excited to be working with multiple Brisbane-based organisations to find experienced administrators and receptionist to assist their hard-working teams. There are short and long-term contracts available to start immediately

About the roles:

• Provide exceptional customer service skills, and direct all incoming calls
• Data entry and maintenance of databases
• Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• General administration and filing duties
• Restore supplies
• Work collaboratively with other business departments

About you:

• You are available immediately
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise
• Passionate administrator with strong attention to detail
• Computer and technology literate
• Be professional in presentation
• Previous reception or administration experience highly regarded
• Experience in managing a high volume of data entry is advantageous
