    About the Role

    We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join National 360 in fostering a positive and supportive environment for our therapists and NDIS Participants. In this role, you will provide comprehensive OT assessments, therapeutic interventions, and complete reports for all ages referred to our service, delivered in home, clinic, and community settings.

    As an Occupational Therapist at National 360, you will receive clinical support through our peer support model and have access to unlimited mentoring provided by our Clinical Practice Advisors.

    You will work within our unique allocations structure, which supports your preference to work in a generalist capacity or tailor your caseload to one or more of the following areas:

    • Home Modifications
    • Housing
    • Assistive Technology
    • Paediatrics

    If you are interested in progressing your career in clinical or operational leadership, our internal Learning & Development Programs have been designed to provide formal, structured education and practical experiences to gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence for promotion into Team Leader, Clinical Practice Advisor, or Senior Clinical and Operational Management roles.

    About You

    We welcome applications from Occupational Therapists with the following qualifications and experience:

    • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
    • At least 1 year's experience working as an Occupational Therapist within the private or public sector.
    • Experience providing clinical supervision & support.
    • AHPRA Registration.
    • NDISWC / WWCC (or willingness to apply).
    • Current Australian driver's licence and ability to travel with your own vehicle.
