About Centrecare
Centrecare is a not-for-profit organisation with over 300 employees and is committed to delivering quality professional counselling, support, accommodation, mediation and training services in over 11 locations across the Perth metropolitan, Goldfields and South West regions.
In this first point of contact role, the Administration Officer will attend to customers and client enquiries, including operating a multi-line telephone system.
Provide general administration duties of the branch and support the Executive Manager, Program Manager and staff as per the procedure's manual.
A Few SpecificsManage multiple calendars for appointment bookings
Answer calls promptly and in a courteous manner, handle multiple queries and follow procedures in line with multiple different services offered.
Provide administrative assistance to the wider team.Work collaboratively as part of a small administrative team.
About You
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration.
Demonstrated experience responding to customers and clients as the first point of contact within an organisation to include operating a multi-line telephone system.
Strong drive to support and work within Centrecare's Therapeutic Framework to ensure consistency in program design, program application(integrity), service delivery and outcome measurement.
Ability to oversee the day-to-day operation of an office and associated equipment and supplies with the ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Ability to take high quality minutes of meetings, proof documents, develop forms and brochures and flyers and attend to advertising requirements.
Advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office including data entry and typing speed of more than 50 words per minute.
WA Drivers licence.National Police Certificate (within 12 months validity).
