We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in OSS (Operational Support Systems) and BSS (Business Support Systems) to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions in the telecom domain.Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business teams to elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for OSS/BSS systems.
- Process Analysis: Map current business processes and propose optimized workflows for telecom operations (CRM, billing, provisioning mediation).
