- Coordinate the design, printing and distribution functions with WorkSafe's publications, stationary and forms.
- Coordinate the contract, fee scheduling and relationships of key suppliers that specialise in design, print production, display and distribution.
- Assist the team in working with internal client to develop owned channel campaigns to respond to business issues
- Collaborate with WorkSafe's internal clients to help produce WorkSafe communications, including Guidance, publication re-prints, form design and re-prints
- Statistical, numerical and analytical skills

About the role
Reporting to the Senior Brand Design Advisor, in the Marketing division, this hands-on administrative and communications support role manages the briefing, design and distribution of hardcopy and online WorkSafe branded publications (including: guidance, forms, stationary and other communications collateral) for key business stakeholders and the general public.
