    The client:
    Our client is a leading owner & operator of Retirement Villages nationally,focusing on building exceptional retirement living apartments with first class resident facilities including bowling greens, communal areas, and more.

    The Role:
    • Sales with a heart - a focus on customer service and building and maintaining relationships
    • Collaborative environment with a great and supportive team
    • Pipeline of clients in database
    • Monday-Friday role with control over your own calendar
    • Representproduct and services in a true and accurate manner
    The Candidate:
    • 2 -3 years industry experiencein Retirement Living or Residential Sales
    • Salesforce experience desired but not essential
    • Exceptional negotiation, communication, written and presentation skills
    • The ability to Build & Maintain strong Relationships with Clients
    • An Understanding Personality with the Ability to Show Empathy
