    Job Title

    A Guest Service Agent position has become available at Oaks Brisbane Mews Suites.

    The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience throughout their stay. This includes smooth check-ins and check-outs, as well as recommendations for local attractions and dining options.

    About the Role

    • Welcome and check-in guests in a professional manner
    • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues
    • Make bookings and assist guests during their stay

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude
    • The ability to provide a high level of customer satisfaction
    • Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
