    Job Description

    Shape the customer experience and drive business success by managing all after sales services across ANZ. Your responsibilities will span across operational, administrative, parts sales, and technical aspects, demanding a blend of leadership, problem-solving, and customer service expertise. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with major clients, delivering exceptional service, and contributing to the overall success of the business. Your focus will be on developing and implementing a group strategy approach to all aspects of after sales service whilst delivering improvement in the customer experience and a reduction in after sale service costs.

    Qualifications

    Relevant tertiary qualification (business, management etc.) or equivalent management experience.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software Qualification - implementing and managing process improvements

    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a service management role
    • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence and lead change.
    • Excellent problem solving, people management, communication, and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
    • Ability to resolve customer disputes effectively.
    • Experience & aptitude for diagnostics & fault finding is essential.
    • Able to work as a Team with all Departments.
    • Understand and promote installation Codes of Good Practice
    • High level of customer service awareness
    • Strong budget management and financial analysis skills
    • Experience with data analysis and reporting
