    We are hiring a Business Performance Manager to support and enable the CEO and Executive Team to lead the organization to achieve its strategic objectives. This includes evaluating and measuring progress of business strategy, overseeing strategic initiatives and ensuring reporting and communication to key stakeholders accurately reflects the current position of the organisation.

    The role will report to the CEO and is based in Sydney.

    Your role:
    • Support the facilitation of the strategic planning process.
    • Be responsible for documenting, tracking and reporting on progress and outcomes/results of Angle's strategic initiatives.
    • Take ownership of designing and for the continuous improvement of communication materials to ensure effective messaging and reporting to key stakeholders including Board and Board committees.
    • Preparing, finalising and distributing all shareholder communications.
    • Provide support to the CEO and Executive team as required to enable the group to execute on their roles.
    What you bring:
    • Experience in a leadership position in the finance industry in both start-up and established organisations.
    • Proven ability to analyse and draw insights from numbers and data and distill complex information into clear and impactful messaging.
    • Exceptional numerical, analytical and communication skills and ability to influence strategic decision making at the C-suite level.
    • Advanced Powerpoint skills to articulate messaging.
    • Experience with data analysis, budget management and operations management.
