    Senior Project Manager - Alice Springs

    Due to exceptional growth and success, the RPS Project Management team are seeking a motivated and qualified client-side Senior Project Manager who has previous experience in successfully delivering projects within Defence. The position will be working on a major project in the Project Management/ Contract Administration ( PMCA ) team.

    The ideal candidate will have experience in Building and Construction, Infrastructure, Contract Management, Refit, Property Management and similar. This position is based in Alice Springs , with a high performance team, who is a market leader in project management who specialise in the delivery of large complex projects.

    About you

  • A tertiary qualification in Construction, Property, Engineering, or similar is desirable.
  • Strong understanding and proven experience with a range of delivery methodologies, in particular, Head Contract, Managing Contractor and Design and Construct is preferable;
  • Previous experience across Defence, including Defence writing skills;
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage and grow business relationships;
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner;
  • Proactive and able to think strategically;
  • Australian Citizen and able to successfully obtain and maintain a minimum Baseline Security Clearance.
  • 10+ years client-side PM or a PMCA in the industries as mentioned above and familiarity with Commonwealth Procurement Rules (would be preferable, but not essential)
  • AIPM Accreditation or equivalent would be advantageous.
