    About the Team
    Join the innovative team at the 3P Transition Branch, tasked with preparing Service Delivery for a seamless transition from SAP CRM to the 3P service model and utilisation of PACE. Our mission is to ensure the alignment of People, Processes, and Platforms, ensuring Service Delivery is primed for success in the new environment. We're dedicated to enhancing our operations and services through this transition.

    About the Role
    As an APS4 Support Officer, you'll play a vital role within our Operational Readiness Team, working within defined parameters to support our objectives. You'll provide operational and administrative support, offering procedural guidance to staff and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include assisting with data remediation and analysis, supporting project reporting, building stakeholder relationships, and managing project-related tasks.

    • Provide procedural guidance and administrative support to staff and stakeholders.
    • Assist with data remediation and analysis on relevant project activities.
    • Support regular project reporting, including status updates and exception reports.
    • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to support project delivery.
    • Manage, collate, interpret, and analyse data to produce reports and dashboards for strategic and operational planning.
    • Undertake project activities and related administrative tasks.

    About you
    To thrive in this role, you need:

    • Proficiency in using a variety of systems and digital platforms.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong independent work ethic and capability to work in a virtual team environment.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills for addressing complex system issues.
    • Experience using the Salesforce platform.
    • Be able to pass and hold a national police check and worker screening check.
    • Must be an Australian Citizen.
