    Step into a lead administration role within a Business Support team of 6, and be relied upon by the Admin Manager. This is a senior level admin role, to bolster the capability of the administration team. You will be a dedicated resource to the largest division in the business, of approx. 40 Engineers.

    This position requires capability across:

    • Project administration
    • Document administration
    • Meeting coordination and support
    • Travel
    • General administration

    About you:

    • Preferably experience in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or other professional services firm. However other corporate businesses will be considered
    • Experience supporting a large team in a busy environment
    • Multitasking and prioritising workload autonomously
    • Excellent time management skills and understand the challenges of a deadline driven environment
    • Strong communication skills - written and verbal
    • Proactive nature and able to demonstrate initiative
    • Excellent MS Office and IT systems skills, and can pick up new software easily
