    Our client boasts a broad range of work in both project work and system operation upkeep and is seeking to expand their teams to accommodate the continuous work they secure.

    They specialise in the implementation and management of tailored, reliable Red Hat Enterprise Linux servers and Open Shift clusters, ensuring the availability of IT infrastructure to support mission-critical applications.


    The Role:

    Our client is in search of a highly skilled Senior RHEL Engineer who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising RHEL-based systems to support our business's end clients.

    The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in RHEL administration, robust problem-solving skills, and a passion for staying updated with the latest technologies.


    Skills and Experience:
    Manage and administer RHEL-based systems, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
    Design, deploy, and maintain RHEL infrastructure to meet business requirements.
    Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for RHEL-related issues.
    Implement and manage system monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions.
    Develop and maintain documentation for RHEL systems and procedures.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support projects and initiatives.
    Utilise automation tools such as Ansible for configuration management and orchestration.
    Proficiency in working with Open Shift for container orchestration and management.
    Develop and maintain Python scripts for automation and system integration tasks.
    Stay current with industry trends and best practices in RHEL administration and related technologies.
    Minimum AGSVA NV1 security clearance or above
