They provide a full suite of services to their clients and are considered industry specialists, particularly in the Tax & Advisory spaces.

The firm has a collaborative culture and highly regarded partners, and has grown to become one of the most respected firms in QLD.

Due to this growth in the firm, a position has become available to join the team as a Manager.
The Position The firm is seeking a Manager to join their team.

The role includes:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients Provide advisory and compliance services to SME clients, aswell as large family groups Manage and mentor a team of accountants.

Provide leadership to the team office-wide Participate in the development and implementation of accounting processes and procedures Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the firm's client base.

The Candidate The ideal candidate with have proven experience as a Manager and possess the following:

Experience managing $1m in fees Experience managing a team of 5 Minimum of 10 years accounting experience in public practice Ability to present to new clients Strong understanding of accounting principles, and technical tax knowledge Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Strong leadership capabilities (internal promotion within 18 months for the right candidate)CA/CPA Qualification On Offer Upto $175k package Employee benefits Genuine pathway to directorship Mentorship from extremely reputable directors If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to join a leading accounting firm and head up a team of strong accountants, this could be the perfect role for you.
