- Oversee accounts receivable function including debtor reconciliation and handle all internal and external enquiries.
- Responsible for the end-to-end accounts payable function including processing credit card transactions, validate invoice accuracy, recording and payment of invoices, serving as a key contact for creditors, compliance with company policy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to maintain inventory/fixed asset control procedures.
- Assist in the payroll processing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentations, investigating variances and proposing corrective actions required.
- Manage the month end processes and reporting including month-end journal, reconciliation, intercompany transactions, and balances.
- Assist in the group consolidation process.
- Support annual audit process.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies, as well as relevant regulatory requirements.
- Provide accounting support to internal and external stakeholders, including budgeting, and data analysis.
- 2 - 5 years financial accounting experience, CPA/CA qualified or near completion
- Sound knowledge of financial control, reporting and accounting principles and practises
- A high degree of flexibility and the ability to prioritise work.
