- A Chef role at a premium airport lounge
- Preparing the service with delicious food using first class produce
- Ensure all catering controls are in place, and wastage is kept to a minimum
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, infection control and cleanliness in accordance with Compass standards
- Deliver to our client and customers high expectations of a premium experience
- Minimum certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Available to work a range of hours including weekends and public holidays
- Comfortable working under pressure
- Willingness to learn all kitchen procedures and operations
- Knowledge of Food Safety & HACCP regulations
- Safety first mindset and ability to participate safely in a kitchen environment
