- Ensure the ongoing operation of the network infrastructure and use your existing leadership capabilities to motivate a network team to achieve high quality outcomes.
- Plan, coordinate and schedule daily maintenance activities across the crews and procure goods and services to support daily activities.
- Lead and foster a positive and safety-focused culture, participating in an on-call rotating roster.
- Contribute to forward planning for maintenance and renewals programs.
- QBCC Occupational Plumber and Drainer Licence or tertiary qualification in Engineering or suitable alternative qualification.
- QLD C Class Drivers Licence.
- General Construction Induction Card (white card).
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills including mentoring and developing a diverse team.
- Significant experience and knowledge of water and wastewater network management.
- Experience in network maintenance scheduling and data collection with an emphasis on regulatory reporting.
- Extensive demonstrated technical skills and knowledge of water distribution and wastewater collection systems including maintenance techniques.
- Competency in a wide range of Microsoft programs.
