    What you'll do

    Within this role, you will be working with the Merchandising team along with the Merchandising Solutions Team, this role is responsible for delivering efficiencies across our tools, ensuring all processes and procedures are maintained and updated. In this role, you will work alongside other Merchandising Leads, responsible for the training of the Merchandising team and ensuring any new capabilities are embedded into our ways of working. This role will be required to work cross-functionally within internal stakeholders.

    • Coach and develop a team of analysts, specialists and/or merchandisers to operate as a high performing team and enabling a team culture of empowerment
    • Deliver & embed commercial and merchandise strategy through product merchandising & space optimisation
    • Leading, supporting and ensuring the effective delivery of key strategic range and space initiatives, projects
    • Leading the conversations and effectively partnering with all relevant partner

    What you'll bring

    • A minimum of 3 years experience in relevant roles (eg: merchandise specialist, category analyst, category executive, sales analyst, account executive) OR Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related subject or equal professional experience
    • Understands the FMCG industry and commercial processes
    • Strong business acumen with a track record in demonstrating a proactive stakeholder management and networking to build working relationships to deliver results
    • Clear analytical thinking, with capability of breaking information into component parts, patterns and relationships
    • Capable of interpreting data and deriving actionable insights for short and long term strategies
