    As the Grid Connection Manager, you will hold a pivotal role in our client's mission, overseeing the critical process of connecting renewable energy projects to the grid in Australia.

    • Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and guidance on grid connection matters, including network integration studies, connection agreements, and grid code compliance.
    • Project Management: Lead the grid connection process for renewable energy projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
    • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges related to grid connection activities and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on relevant regulations and standards related to grid connection in Australia, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
    • Team Leadership: Lead a team of grid connection professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure high performance and professional development.

    Requirements:

    • Strong understanding of electrical power systems, grid infrastructure, and regulatory frameworks in Australia.
