    Smart Vision Optometry in Mosman is offering an outstanding opportunity for a driven Optical Retail Assistant to become part of their passionate team. This opportunity will allow you to demonstrate your passion for the Smart Vision brand, ensuring it resonates with customers and inspires loyalty.

    About You

    • Retail experience
    • Act as a brand ambassador both in-store and online.
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Multi-tasking and prioritising abilities
    • Sharing your enthusiasm for the brand on social media platforms
    • Contributing to digital marketing initiatives
    • Dedicated to ensuring presentation of both practice and team reflects superb customer service.

    Skills and Attributes

    To be successful in this role, you possess the following:

    • Be able to greet patients and visitors in a bright, friendly manner and promptly attend to their needs
    • Efficiently answer telephone calls and complete appointment booking maintenance
    • Possess a keen interest in fashion and style
    • Optical dispensing qualifications will be highly regarded, but not essential
    • Ability to deliver exceptional patient service over the phone and face-to-face
    • Have an affinity to work with younger patients
    • Be willing to attend training courses when required
    • Implement social media marketing strategies and initiatives, window displays and in store events

    About the role

    • A great work/life balance with no late nights or weekends
    • 3 days per week, Monday – Friday
    • Occasional relief may be required at our Bondi practice
