- Take charge of defining, facilitating, and successfully completing medium-scale IT projects, meeting business impacts and deadlines.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, maintaining realistic plans and keeping stakeholders informed.
- Utilize appropriate project management methods and tools, ensuring quality reviews occur as scheduled.
- Manage change control procedures to ensure project deliverables are completed within budget and signed off.
- Provide effective leadership to project teams, addressing deviations from agreed tolerances.
- Drive the efficiency and effectiveness of incident and problem management processes.
- Monitor process effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Proactively and reactively resolve issues, documenting root causes to prevent future incidents.
- Develop and maintain incident and problem management documentation.
- Manage major incidents or High Priority Incidents.
- Proven experience in managing IT projects and resolving incidents/problems.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, with the ability to tailor approaches based on project needs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of anticipating, investigating, and resolving issues.
- Ability to manage risks and maintain project plans within agreed parameters.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead project teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with reporting systems and issue documentation, as well as problem resolution analysis.
- Work independently, initiate tasks, and be accountable for achieving objectives.
- Influence stakeholders and lead collaborations to ensure user needs are met.
- Manage complex tasks across variable contexts, integrating specialized knowledge with business needs.
- Continuously learn and develop industry knowledge, setting standards for others.
- Demonstrate leadership, effective communication, collaboration, and contribute to security practices.
