    About The Opportunity

    Programmed's Facility Management department are currently seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our HUME Housing Contract team . This integral role will provide you with the opportunity to lead and develop a high performing team within a supportive and collaborative environment that is accountable for the co-ordination of daily monitoring, support and facilitation of sub-contractor payment and customer invoicing and to ensure the efficient operation of the administration and financial functions.

    Nature of the position:

    The Finance Manager is accountable for the preparation and coordination of monthly financial reporting of the

    Programmed FM state based business.

    The Finance Manager is also responsible for contributing to the business systems development, and review

    and implementation of processes and procedures to ensure data integrity and add value to the business. The

    role is responsible for financial process management and working capital management including work in

    progress, debtor management and creditor payments.

    The Finance Manager is a key management resource and will assist the Contract Manager with ongoing

    commercial decisions, interface with clients where required, and provide leadership and development to the

    Finance Team they are responsible for.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Prepare and produce timely and accurate reporting to the Contract Manager
    • Achieve business and process improvements within the client contract through the development
    • Management and support of FM's Maximo and Navision applications.
    • Team leading and promoting positive staff morale and a safe work environment
    About You

    To be successful in this role, you will have experience in administration and basic accounting, a natural ability to bring people together as a leader who possesses first-class stakeholder engagement and customer service skills. Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:
    • Previous experience in dealing with senior management and management teams preferred
    • Experience in team leadership or group co-ordination in an office environment
    • Strong computer literacy including MS Office, email and internet knowledge
    • A functional and technical understanding of Maximo and Navision
    • Experience in implementing business solutions and working to client set KPI's
    • Previous experience in an administrative and financial role in a building maintenance or public housing environment
