    Purpose of your role

    The purpose of this role is to support in the execution of our strategic brand vision across a variety of marketing platforms and to aid the marketing team in delivering on revenue KPIs by supporting marketing initiatives across acquisition, social, CRM, corporate materials and regional marketing. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects from idea generation to delivering engaging, impactful, brand-compliant design solutions across multiple channels.

    You will work with stakeholders across APAC, EMEA, North America marketing, sales, internal teams such as finance and HR and global teams such as digital and CRM. You'll thrive in this role if you love creative work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment that helps drive tangible business outcomes.

    What you do

    • Design – Lead design for sales support materials, campaigns, and events. Concept, design and execution of a wide variety of materials including advertising, digital comms, website, responsive / mobile email comms. Support output for print, as needed. Management of additional specialized resources as required for execution.
    • Creative support – working as part of the global brand team to design and execute; sales templates, building animated display banners and banner ads, image sourcing, video content (working in After Effects), art working exhibition stand graphics and producing iconography, animations, charts, graphs and diagrams
    • Idea generation – Work alone or in a team to generate strong ideas that engage our target audience.
    • Presentation skills – Effectively communicate concepts to colleagues and business owners.
    • Visual storytelling – Effectively build out presentations through visual cues to tell a story in partnership with copy. This includes PowerPoint presentations/Google slides
    • UI and UX – Working closely to in-house UI and UX to create digital assets for us on public website, transactional site and app. Understand the importance of consistent customer experience
    • Brand Building and Guardianship – work as a brand guardian to ensure that the brand positioning and tone of voice is reflected in all communications across all touchpoints and teams, as well as ensuring all creative output adheres to brand guidelines to ensure consistency.
    • Team contribution – Promote a collaborative, positive, open culture. Keep up with developments in relevant industries

    Qualifications

    • Tertiary level qualification in Marketing or Design (Master of Design preferred)

    Knowledge, skills, experience

    • Complete fluency in the entire Adobe Creative Suite
    • Knowledge and experience with HTML5
    • Competent in using Premier Pro and After Effects
    • Excellent time management skills
    • An outstanding portfolio that demonstrates your competency and creativity
    • Able to develop and work within brand and design guidelines
    • Ability to own and drive concepts through to completion
    • Expert image editing, including RAW image processing, optimisation, colour correction, isolating, resizing, retouching and image manipulation
    • Understanding of and demonstrated experience of UX/UI principles
