Our 3D digital network model enables utilities to simulate various scenarios and make informed decisions to protect their assets and communities.

    We are looking for a talented Product Designer, who will drive product discovery, enhance usability, and collaborate cross-functionally to shape our digital platform experience. With a strong base in design experience and proficiency in Figma, you'll lead end-to-end design processes, delivering customer journeys, wireframes, and prototypes. As a key player, you will work alongside fellow designers, product managers, and engineers to optimise user interactions.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    • Lead product discovery and design processes for solution delivery.
    • Enhance usability across product verticals, prioritising user experience.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive product vision and strategic direction.
    • Manage end-to-end design, from discovery and ideation to iteration and implementation.
    • Deliver customer journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
    • Assist in gathering user insights and synthesising results for informed design decisions.
    • Communicate design specifications and interaction flows clearly across teams.

    WHO YOU ARE

    • 3+ years of UX or Product design experience, proficient in Figma.
    • Strong background in user research, solution design, and prototyping.
    • Experience in design system management, product metric design or stakeholder engagement is highly regarded.
    • Strategic thinker, problem solver, and collaborative team player.
    • Proficient in visual design principles.
    • Familiarity with working in product squads alongside managers and engineers.
    • Curiosity-driven approach to breaking down problems and identifying unknowns.
    • Ability to translate insights into compelling narratives and prioritise tasks in fast-paced, agile environments.
