    Job Description:

    The Associate Solutions Engineer role at The Hustle involves partnering with our sales team to bring the HubSpot platform and products to market. As an ASE, you will work with sales reps to answer questions, strategise on opportunities, and join prospect calls.

    Your primary goal is to enhance the sales experience by helping prospects recognise the value of our product lines and ensure product fit, instilling confidence that HubSpot meets their technical and business needs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Be a subject matter expert on HubSpot's Sales, Marketing & Content products, the competitive market, and how HubSpot solves for the customer.
    • Provide guidance on best practices for setting up, using, and succeeding with these tools, helping customers see how they work together seamlessly to grow their business and create a positive impact for their customers.
    • Support reps in progressing deals by answering technical questions offline or on calls with prospects, building custom assets, and making demo recordings to be used at scale.

    Requirements:

    • 1+ years of experience in a technical, sales, or customer-facing role, fueled by a genuine interest in a Sales/PreSales career.
    • Tech-savvy with an aptitude for understanding technical concepts (APIs, web technologies) and a commitment to deeply learning our products and the MarTech landscape.
    • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to articulate product value, address business needs, and instill customer confidence.
    • A collaborative team player adept at partnering with sales to progress opportunities, achieve targets, and drive customer success.
