    ASR Recruitment has partnered with a leader in the Real Estate industry who are deeply committed to their values, placing their customers at the forefront of everything they undertake. They are presently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a permanent basis.

    About the Role

    This is a rewarding opportunity for a Customer Service Professional to drive customer service activities across the business, including building rapport and trust with customers through open communication, assisting with incoming enquiries, and triaging incoming calls and directing to the appropriate internal contact.

    You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

    • Documenting contact notes in the internal system.
    • Triaging calls and directing them to the correct internal contacts.
    • Providing timely responses to customer enquiries by telephone, ensuring that good customer relations are maintained.
    • Providing other support functions to the internal team as required.

    About You

    • You have proven experience working in a high-volume call centre environment
    • You have strong written and verbal communication skills
    • You have strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
    • You have an interest in Real Estate
    • Proven expertise in managing traditional and digital marketing activities.
