    2XM Recruit is currently searching for a skilled Maintenance Planner in Kangy Angy to become an integral part of an exciting and impactful project on a permanent basis.

    Role: Maintenance Planner
    Location: Kangy Angy
    Job type: Permanent
    Salary: $117,117 plus Super

    As a Maintenance Planner, your role is to plan, develop, implement, maintain and issue maintenance schedules for an exciting rail project in Kangy Angy.

    Duties:

    • Execute maintenance plans efficiently and effectively, managing schedule adherence, costs, resource allocation, quality assurance, scope management, and project controls to fulfill contractual objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and enact maintenance service schedules in alignment with approved Maintenance Plans, asset management plans, and other schedules pertinent to the fleets under the contract.
    • Oversee maintenance progress and schedules to ensure timely completion of required tasks, meeting agreed-upon service levels (SLAs), milestones, and avoiding penalties.
    • Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of necessary materials and equipment for maintenance operations.
    • Offer planning insights for ongoing enhancements, encompassing safety, quality, fleet performance, service methodologies, and customer feedback.
    • Foster open communication between maintenance delivery and procurement teams to ensure alignment with overarching goals and customer expectations.

    Experience needed:

    • Significant experience using SAP (transactional and reporting)
    • Proven work scheduling and planning experience in a heavy asset engineering environment with working knowledge of fleet maintenance in a rail environment.
    • Highly developed communication skills at all levels including horizontal and vertical negotiation and networking skills.
    • Experience working in the Rail industry
