    Customer Support Representative

    We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at Offshore Virtual Assistants, a leading home-based outsourcing company in Australia.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our client, a renowned manufacturer and retailer of Sports Products & Accessories based in Sydney.

    This role involves:

    • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
    • Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone calls and email
    • Troubleshooting problems and driving resolutions
    • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve our services
    • Updating customer records and tickets
    • Processing orders and transactions

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Making and receiving phone calls
    • Communicating with customers through various channels
    • Answering customer queries and questions
    • Acknowledging customer complaints
    • Take ownership of customer issues

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 8 years of Customer Service Experience
    • Specialist or Mid-Level experience
    • Customer Service qualifications or similar
    • Strong English communication and writing skills
    • Analytical skills with expertise in Excel and data analysis

    • CIN7 Systems
    • CRM systems

    Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum

    Location: Sydney, Australia

    Job Type: Full-time
