- Suitable construction knowledge and experience gained by working with or in a Tier 1 Contractor on large scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding and proven experience with a range of delivery methodologies, in particular, Head Contract, Managing Contractor and Design and Construct is preferable
- Contract management and administering contracts experience
- Experience in change management and variations
- Demonstrated experience managing the project delivery process and programmes to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectations
- Clear communication and excellent relationship building skills
- Review, set and manage capital and refurbishment construction programs
- Working with external consultants through the design and construction process to ensure time, budget and quality in line with client expectations
- Bids and submissions knowledge and understating
- 5 plus years demonstrated experience in the construction industry and project management
- Professional qualifications in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or related discipline
- Desire to work in a professional working environment where you are managing multiple priorities and where no two days are ever the same
- Strong capability to problem solving and collaborating with key stakeholders, taking them on a journey to a resolution
- Solid understanding in managing construction contracts, contract administration
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal with the ability to forge positive relationships with those you interact with

- Highly motivated with a keen desire to learn, develop and be a valued team member, a day-to-day autonomous self-starter
