    The opportunity:

    The Project Manager will work within a high performing and agile team supporting clients within our Property & Social Infrastructure division.

    Specialising in supporting large, complex, varied or geographically dispersed businesses, extract value across client's entire portfolio and business operation.

    This role will be focused on working with a specific client, requiring experience in delivering Data Centres and/or working with Tier 1 Contractors.

    The role:

    We are currently seeking an experienced and highly capable Project Manager who thrives delivering large and complex projects within a mature governance framework.

    We require a Project Manager with:

    • Suitable construction knowledge and experience gained by working with or in a Tier 1 Contractor on large scale infrastructure projects.
    • Strong understanding and proven experience with a range of delivery methodologies, in particular, Head Contract, Managing Contractor and Design and Construct is preferable
    • Contract management and administering contracts experience
    • Experience in change management and variations
    • Demonstrated experience managing the project delivery process and programmes to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectations
    • Clear communication and excellent relationship building skills
    • Review, set and manage capital and refurbishment construction programs
    • Working with external consultants through the design and construction process to ensure time, budget and quality in line with client expectations
    • Bids and submissions knowledge and understating
    About You:
    • 5 plus years demonstrated experience in the construction industry and project management
    • Professional qualifications in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management or related discipline
    • Desire to work in a professional working environment where you are managing multiple priorities and where no two days are ever the same
    • Strong capability to problem solving and collaborating with key stakeholders, taking them on a journey to a resolution
    • Solid understanding in managing construction contracts, contract administration
    • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal with the ability to forge positive relationships with those you interact with
    • Consultative and active listener
    • A strong business acumen, integrity, credibility and professionalism
    • Highly motivated with a keen desire to learn, develop and be a valued team member, a day-to-day autonomous self-starter
    • Ability to take ownership of projects, understanding the key activities in each project phase, navigating any hurdles in order to progress the project in accordance with the program and cost plan.
