About the Job:

As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing automation solutions using UiPath and Power Automate. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in robotic process automation (RPA) and a solid understanding of business processes.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and define automation requirements.
  
• Design and develop RPA solutions using UiPath(Re-Framework) and Power Automate.
  
• Configure automation processes to meet the defined specifications and business requirements.
  
• Conduct thorough testing of automation workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, providing support during the implementation phase.
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems and applications.
  
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in RPA and automation.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in UiPath and Power Automate development.
  
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts, best practices, and industry standards.
  
• Proficient in designing, coding, testing, and deploying automation solutions.
  
• Knowledge of business process analysis and improvement.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Certification in UiPath and/or Power Automate is a plus.
  

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Experience with other RPA tools and technologies.
  
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
  
• Familiarity with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technologies.
