We have an excellent opportunity to join the Business Management function of the Banking & Financial Services Credit division. This role reports to the Head of Business Management which is part of the dynamic and fast-growing Macquarie Banking & Financial Services Group.

In this role you will lead our team of subject matter credit coaches who support Banking & Financial Services Credit functional teams including Business Banking Credit and Retail Banking Credit. If you are a proactive self-starter, who demonstrates both strategic thinking and strong attention to detail, this could be the opportunity for you. You do not need to be a Credit subject matter technician, rather you will drive the strategic thinking and capability growth to ensure a centre of excellence in credit learning outcomes.
The opportunity will involve creating and refining our operating rhythm for delivering excellent learning interventions, with ability to innovate through understanding and measuring training effectiveness. You will also work closely with our Operations teams, HR and Learning & Development to ensure consistency of trainee experience.
The ideal candidate would have the ability to influence across teams and functions, be an excellent communicator, a detailed planner, be able to bring knowledge of contemporary training principles and demonstrate strong people leadership skills.
You will have enthusiasm, energy, and curiosity, while being able to work both independently and collaboratively and balance a strong bias to action with a strategic mindset

Knowledge and exposure to Retail or Business Banking Financial Services would be desirable.
