    About the role

    We are currently seeking a Crew Leader based out of our Dubbo depot to support our field work crews for all construction, maintenance and repair works, working on a Monday – Friday roster, 7:30am-4:00pm.

    The Crew Leader is responsible for the work site and daily management of a team to ensure project commitments and customer needs are met.

    Key Responsibilities include

  • Ability to lead, guide, motivate and inspire the team to perform to the best of their capabilities
  • Plan, organise and support field activities to ensure delivery expectation of customer service, quality and safety are met in a timely and profitable manner
  • Lead by example with day to day operational requirements on work site
  • Delivering a high level of customer service by building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Commitment to ensure the work group adheres to all work practices and procedures in accordance with guidelines
  • About You

    The successful applicant will have previous experience working within a leadership role or similar and have sound knowledge within the gas network industry.

  • Previous experience working within and around civil operations
  • Valid Australian Drivers Licence
  • Previous use of plant and equipment (i.e; trailers, excavators, grundomat borers)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability to work productively while maintaining a strong focus on Health & Safety
  • Work flexibility as there may be a requirement for overnight stay in the central west area – (Living Away From Home Allowance provided)
