$120,000 – $140,000 package + WFH Flexibility

My client is an established accounting firm in Parramatta who are seeking a Business Services Supervisor / Manager to join their Business Services/Private Clients practice.

You'll be required to oversee and manage a fee base of $1M and 3-4 accountants (off-shore and local). Clients range from a variety of industry sectors, with the majority of clients ranging up to $30M turnover and some large private groups up to $60M turnover.

• Preparation and review of income tax returns for all entities
• Formal and informal tax advice on issues such as FBT, Div7A, CGT, GST and more
• Tax planning and forecasting, succession planning and restructuring advice
• Train, mentor and delegate to team members
• Monitoring KPIs, WIP, productivity, budgets and deadlines
• Providing support to Principal in relation to client management and achieving team objectives

Applicants: (Ideal but not essential)

• Experience working in a Manager capacity in Business Services/Tax
• Demonstrated experience mentoring juniors and managing larger clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
