    Your OpportunityAs the Senior Workplace Partner, you will be managing an internal team of workplace staff, to directly influence workplace culture through insight across business units, working with the tenants and clients, and through change management and behavioural trends and change.

    Your Responsibilities
    Influencing workplace culture and behaviours by leveraging insights and analytics on people behaviours and space utilisation and optimisation.
    Implementing and working alongside multiple business units to drive change.
    Leading the charge in process improvement initiatives, ensuring documentation is consistent, up-to-date, and reflective of efficient procedures.
    Delivering consistent, reliable, and contemporary workplace services and experiences.
    Assisting in the implementations of activations, activities and initiatives to drive return to office
    Implementation of new software systems and technologies for the building and workplace.
    Building stakeholder relationships and deliver workplace change and property initiatives on the ground.
    Leading a team of Workplace Partners onsite who oversee the coordination, planning and delivery of workplace services and events.

    Supporting the Workplace Experience Manager and Workplace Experience Lead to enhance the workplace experience and drive initiatives to improve employee experience.

    Your skillset:
    Proven track record in stakeholder management and building strong relationships across business units.
    Prior experience working with high-profile commercial assets and A-Grade commercial buildings.
    Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
    Strong leadership skills to drive process improvement and foster a culture of innovation.
    Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
    Willing to complete a National Police Check.
